Members of the Estero Fire Rescue Firefighter Charity Calendar gave big last night. Firefighters joined members of Partners for Breast Cancer Care at their monthly meeting to present a check to them in the amount of $7,500.00, proceeds from the first annual Estero Fire Rescue Charity Calendar.

“It was truly an honor to work with such a great organization” stated Firefighter Fred Gonzalez. “We are proud to be a partner with Partners for Breast Cancer Care.” Gonzalez along with Firefighter Eliel Blanco headed up the project, which was the first time a firefighter calendar had been produced from Estero Fire Rescue.
Partners for Breast Cancer Care is a local organization that provides funding for Lee County residents who are without health insurance and are in need of diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer.
