Pink Heals Tour Coming to Fort Myers
A very special event is taking place in Estero on Sunday, September 26th, 2010 at the Coconut Point Mall. The ‘Pink Heals Tour’ is coming to Estero and other Lee County locations.
The Pink Heals Tour is a very special group of firefighters known as the ‘Guardians of the Ribbon’ with the purpose of raising awareness and funds to fight breast cancer. All proceeds from this weekend’s event will go to the Susan G Komen Fight for the Cure. Firefighters travel the country donned in pink turnout gear and driving a pink fire truck, covered in signatures of cancer survivors.
The Pink Heals Tour truck will be located at Coconut Point Mall in front of the Hollywood Movie Theatre from 11:30 am until 4:00 pm and will be joined by crews from Estero Fire Rescue. Please join us for this very special event.
